The service

These terms apply to the Cliplab website and the Clip Lab Mac pre-release operated by Ahmad Fauzan Azhim. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must be able to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you, or have the required permission to use it.

The website provides an interactive preview and a sample video. Selecting a file or pasting a link on the website does not upload or process your video. The Mac pre-release provides local tools for transcription, moment selection, framing, captions and export. Access to the pre-release is arranged through the operator; a public installer is not currently offered.

Current availability. TikTok connection, posting and analytics are in development. The public website cannot connect a social account or publish a video. These terms do not promise platform approval or a release date.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in your videos, audio, transcripts and edits. Use only material you own or have permission to process and share. A publicly accessible URL or a working downloader does not give you the right to republish someone's content.

You authorize only the processing needed for an action you choose, such as editing, export or an enabled sharing feature. You remain responsible for copyright, music licenses, privacy, consent and other rights in the material you use. Sending an item to support gives us permission to examine it to handle that request.

Cliplab's name, interface and original assets are not transferred to you by these terms. Third-party software, models and reference assets remain subject to their own licenses. Cliplab is independent of Klap, OpusClip, Loka Clip and TikTok. Reference logos or links do not establish an endorsement or customer relationship.

Review before sharing

Check the transcript, title, hook, framing, captions, cut boundaries and final rendered video before you publish. Automated suggestions can be inaccurate, omit context or choose a poor cut. Editorial scores are estimates for review; they do not predict or guarantee views, virality, revenue or suitability for a platform.

Keep backups of source videos, projects and exports that matter to you. Projects may depend on source files remaining accessible at their saved locations. Local processing needs compatible hardware, processing components, storage and, for some actions, an internet connection.

Optional third-party platforms

An enabled social connection requires your authorization, an eligible account and the permissions the platform grants. Features depend on platform rules, account settings, quotas, moderation and API availability. Connecting an account does not guarantee publication, public visibility or access to every analytics field.

The prepared TikTok workflow asks you to review the final video, connected account, caption, visibility and interaction settings before you explicitly approve a post. Follow the platform's terms, music-use rules and commercial-content requirements. Check an uncertain upload result before attempting another upload.

Disconnecting an account or deleting local records does not remove a video already posted on a third-party platform. Manage those posts through that platform. Read our Privacy Policy for the current status and intended handling of connected-account information.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cliplab to distribute unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, impersonate someone, misleadingly alter the context of a statement, obtain unauthorized account access or evade platform restrictions. Do not attempt to compromise the website or connected services, expose credentials or interfere with other users.

We may restrict access to operator-hosted services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident or a legal obligation. You can stop using Cliplab at any time. Deleting the application does not automatically delete separate projects, exports or third-party posts.

Availability, pricing and limits

The current pre-release can contain errors or change as development continues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every Mac or the continued availability of third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview and pre-release are provided as available, without a guarantee that automated output will be accurate or meet a particular purpose.

No paid subscription or checkout is offered on the current website. If paid access is introduced, the price, billing, cancellation and refund conditions will be disclosed before a purchase. Links to another company's pricing describe that company's service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You remain entitled to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

Changes and support

We will publish revised terms here with an updated effective date. Material new service conditions will be disclosed before they apply. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service.

Contact Ahmad Fauzan Azhim at afauzan.azhim@gmail.com for support, content-rights concerns or questions about these terms. Describe the issue and relevant project or post without sending passwords, access tokens or client secrets.
